Hours of operation
Customer service is available Monday through Friday 9am-5am PST and on Saturday 10am-2am PST. Direct messages on social media may be responded with a standard response and emails sent will be answered during business hours. If your call is not answered we may be on another line or away from the phone, please leave a detailed voice message and your call will be returned.

 

Out of stock
Thank you for your interest in our products. Manufacturing is a lengthy process and from time to time we experience outages between production runs. Follow us on social media as we announce new and restocked products on those sites. All links can be found on our website. We can’t and won’t promise exact dates, if the product during or post production doesn't meet our standards we wont release it.

 

Custom work
At this time, we do not take custom work. We are a manufacturer of accessories and all of our products are designed by combat veterans with specific intentions for use and function, and produced in quantity.

Exchanges/ Missing items/ Wrong part shipped
If you ordered the wrong part or size, or the wrong part was shipped, please email us using the “Contact us” link with your order number for reference. We will contact you to authorize the return and provide either the shipping information or an RA label.

 

My order didn’t show up.
If your order failed to be delivered, please check your tracking number and with your local post office or apartment office first. Most orders take 2-5 business days to be delivered. If you haven’t received your order by then please use the “Contact us” link with your order number for reference.

 

Do I get a tracking number?
We provide a tracking number with our free and priority shipping. If you did not receive the number with your shipped email, please contact us under the “Contact us” section with your order number to receive the tracking info.

 

My part is not working like it is supposed to
We have a lifetime warranty on all of our parts (excluding clothing and other merchandise). If for any reason your product failed to perform, please email us under the “Contact us link” with your order number for reference. We will contact you to assist in troubleshooting or authorizing the warranty to get you back up and running.
